Reading body language

Remember the old adage, 'it's not what you say but how you say it?' We say as much if not more with body language as we do with words. This micro course introduces sales people to the world of using someone's movements, facial expression, and tone of the words they use to learn more accurately how to sell to them. For salespeople, body language serves two purposes, the ability to read cues from potential buyers and projecting the right message to them.
