Course overview
In this micro course, you’ll learn how to handle presentation questions effectively by listening carefully, following three simple rules, and learning how to field five challenging audience questions. As challenging as it may be to field questions live, it’s also a valuable opportunity for both you and your audience. It’s an invitation to interact. Questions signal audience engagement and genuine interest in your material. They help you identify gaps in the audience’s understanding and give you the chance to clarify your message.
course learning objectives

- Demonstrate how to field the top five challenging questions

Downloadable certificate upon completion.
Handling Audience Questions
How to Deal with Questions teaches presenters how to manage on-the-spot questions during presentations. You can’t predict what the audience will ask, and it’s impossible to prepare exact answers in advance. It’s all improvisation, which can be incredibly nerve-wracking. Handling questions is both a challenging and essential skill to develop for any presentation. Fortunately, like any skill, it can be learned and improved with practice.
