How to negotiate the right way
"Guide to Negotiation Tactics" examines how successful negotiation requires respect, understanding, and flexibility. Negotiation involves a back-and-forth discussion and rarely ends with the first offer presented. It’s more common to receive counteroffers, explore alternatives, test pressure points, and ask questions.
