Building Awareness of Mental Health Stigmas and Conditions
Mental health awareness will build your understanding of mental health conditions, and provide you with the tools to improve the mental health of both yourself and your coworkers. You’ll cover the basics of mental health, as well as misconceptions about it. You’ll explore a guide to supporting grieving coworkers, signs of employee substance abuse, and identifying co-workers with mental health disorders.
