What is empathy in the workplace?

"Workplace Empathy 101" will dive into defining empathy and giving you an understanding of the important role it plays at work. Empathy involves us seeing things through someone else's eyes. When we empathize with someone, we experience the event or feelings for ourselves or relieve the experience and remember what it felt like. Empathy is an important skill to have in communicating and relating to not only those we work with, but all people we come into contact with.
