Understanding Diversity and Inclusion (DIB)

“What is DIB?” addresses the concept of workplace diversity, explaining what it is and why it should be a fundamental initiative within your organization. Research consistently shows that diverse workforces excel in innovation, creativity, and problem-solving. However, diversity alone is not sufficient to achieve these benefits. Inclusion and belonging are the additional key ingredients needed to drive meaningful progress.
