Introduction to Sales Negotiation
Negotiating Sales for Beginners introduces those new to sales to the goals and stages of a sales negotiation. Buyers and sellers each have their own objectives. For these two parties to collaborate effectively, both need to achieve their respective goals. Once an area of mutual benefit is identified and an agreement is reached, the salesperson can then proceed through the stages of negotiation.
